History
After graduating from Texas Tech School of Law in 1999, Tami Ratliff worked for Rusty Beard PC from 1999-2000 as an associate attorney. During this time, she focused on insurance defense cases and personal injury defense cases. After her time with Rusty Beard PC, she then joined Randy Crownover and Jeff Galbreath to establish a firm where she began to strictly focus on family, civil, and personal injury cases. By 2006, she branched off into her own private practice and established Ratliff Law Office.
